Fold Your First Origami Crane

This project showcases a short instructional video on how to make an origami crane—but beyond the surface, it represents my hands-on experience with the complete video production process. The goal was not only to demonstrate a step-by-step craft but to tell a visual story using compelling narration, thoughtful visuals, and precise editing.

I developed the concept from the ground up, beginning with scriptwriting and storyboarding to shape the flow and tone of the piece. I filmed the entire video independently, experimenting with various camera angles, lighting setups, and framing techniques to create a clean, engaging visual experience. I recorded and integrated a voiceover to guide viewers through the steps, focusing on clarity and pacing.

In post-production, I used Adobe Premiere Pro to edit the footage—selecting the best takes, refining transitions, syncing audio, and assembling the final video. This project was a valuable exercise in creative direction, technical execution, and storytelling through video.
