This microlearning introduces the importance of change management in a concise, engaging format designed for busy professionals. Using storytelling, visual design, and AI generated video, it helps learners understand why organizational change often fails without effective change management.
THE CHALLENGE
Organizations frequently implement new processes, technologies, or initiatives without helping employees understand the purpose behind the change. This lack of awareness can lead to resistance, confusion, lower adoption, and reduced business outcomes.
The challenge was to create a learning experience that explains the value of change management in just a few minutes while maintaining learner engagement.
THE SOLUTION
I designed and developed a scenario-based microlearning that combines concise instructional content with AI-generated video to create an engaging learning experience. The lesson focuses on answering one key question: Why does change management matter? By using real-world examples and clear visuals, learners can quickly connect the concept to their own workplace experiences.
OUTCOME
The finished microlearning delivers a clear introduction to change management in a format that is easy to consume and visually engaging.
